The Origin of this vineyard comes largely from a report, from a conception. The report Vintage wines of Bordeaux go away more and more from the tradition, from the respect for the balances between the soil, Vines, and the Wine grower responsible for the breeding. As regards the quality, the technological conceptualization of the wine allowed a big jump forward. Regrettably the arrival of some "gurus" consequence of the Globalization, brings the designers of wine to think "of uniform". Whether he is from Bordeaux or from Taiwan, it is necessary to make the wine according to their criteria, their absolutisms, so that he is sold and is expensively sold. This short-term sight, where only the economic interest steers, is not to please us. We do not want standardization in the creation of a Big Vineyard. The concept For me, however presumptuous it can appear, the elaboration of a vineyard is not an industry, subjected to the standards ISO …, it is not an activity which suffers to comply with the heaviness, with the legislative fury, with the logo adelphe, in ecotaxes, in number of lot etc. … No the elaboration of a vineyard it is an art! The art to let express himself the synergy between the ground, one or several vines and the breeding. The art to allow the vineyard to make a Big Bay The art to make nothing or the least possible to let the fruit express himself in a way optimum. The art to to bring up and not to subject! The realization We thus chose, on the municipality of Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens (the Foot of St Emilion), magnificent one croup rocky on which one we used, day after day, all our ancestral know-how and our interpretation of the modern manners to allow this nipple to offer us the biggest possible fruit! Finally, to respect at most this big fruit, we banish any mechanical device (érafloir, pump, etc.).
